Every arched window and door has been manufactured using true radius bending techniques – not just on the aluminium profiles, but on the glass itself. Curved steel-look windows are one of the most technically demanding types of glazing to produce. Very few suppliers have the capability or precision to achieve this at the level of quality and consistency Aluco provides.
From perfectly matched curves to symmetrical sightlines and balanced proportions, every element here is made to order. The slimline glazing bars, shadow-gap detailing and deep black finish sit in complete contrast to the bright white brickwork, producing a modern yet timeless result.

It’s difficult to create these windows and ensure they fit in the openings from just measurements alone. Throughout the property we’ve specially curved the ultra slim aluminium profiles of our Aluco Elite system. At the same time, the glass suppliers also need to ensure that all the glass fits precisely. This is where using our production software we can send glass sizes and glasss templates, ready for our installer to glaze the windows and ensure a perfect. All exterior windows and doors come with premium-grade aluminium, Qualicoat Assured colour coatings and advanced thermally insulated frames. Where other steel look windows and doors need triple glazing to comply with Building Regulatiions, ours offer compliance as a double glazed product, but also triple glazing where the best possible U-Values are required. While the heritage detailing nods to the look of original steel, the performance is anything but traditional. The Aluco Elite system delivers 21st-century performance, with double glazed units, thermally broken frames, and contemporary security hardware. You get the slim aesthetic of original metal windows, but with far better insulation, durability, and ease of operation. Every glazed element in this project – including the side-hung casement windows, double doors, and fixed picture frames – uses our bespoke system components. That means consistent styling and finish across every window and door.
Internal Steel Look Doors
Matching the exterior steel look curved aluminium windows are internal Aluco Doors separate a funky bar area and wine storage. These doors are designed and made by us as a single central door with a side panel on either side.
The advantage of Aluco internal doors is how they allow a completely seamless floor area as shown by the gorgeous stone floor throughout this beautiful home.
The design of these is a little more modern with a Maya handle and fitted with 20mm bars and safety glass throughout.
Aluco Elite Curved Aluminium Windows

These comprise a combination of fixed curved windows as well as curved heads above regular casement windows. Ultra slim, minimalist and virtually identical to steel windows, there is no better aluminium product on the market. Aluco Elite is unique and not a rebranded existing product.
